Synopsis

While working for Doctors Beyond Borders, American physician Dr. Nicholas Pinter (Val Kilmer) is mistakenly identified as a secret agent by the Russian mob. During a violent run-in with the mobsters, he is rescued by a British Secret-Service agent and, in the process, encounters the beautiful but mysterious Katrine (Izabella Miko). With the help of his new allies, Pinter sets out to establish his true identity only to be tangled in a much larger web of lies, deception and murder.
