Synopsis

Adapted from Rudyard Kipling's timeless adventure tale, this remarkable live-action adaptation was filmed on location in India. Mowgli, a man-cub raised in the jungle by wolves, is drawn from the jungle by his attraction to the beautiful daughter of an important English official. But when a greedy officier forces him to reveal the jungle's hidden treasures, Mowgli must rely upon his loyal animal friends to help him avert a crisis.
