Synopsis

Set against the backdrop of a mythical South American Land, this animated comedy tells of the unlikely friendship between an arrogant Emperor named Kuzco who has been turned into a llama and a humble peasant named Pacha.

The action turns on the character of Yzma (voiced by Eartha Kitt), an evil sorceress who plans to poison his empire. The plot thickens when her rather inept henchman grabs the wrong poison and manages only to turn Kuzco into a llama. It is Pacha who comes to the aid of Kuzco, promising to help him find the antidote that will restore his human form, but only if Kuzco agrees to spare his village. In the end, Kuzco regains the throne and his human form, but more importantly learns the value of true friendship.
